RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The Academic session of the College commences from June to May.
2. Admission into different classes begins from a date stipulated by the Department of Higher Education,Government od Odisha.The admission is done through Common Application form(e-Admission).
3. The date of commencement of classes is to be notified by the Principal in accordance with the instructions from the Government of Odisha.

Every student must keep his/her Identity Card issued by the Principal and produce it whenever required by the college authorities.
If the Identity Card of a student is lost he/she should immediately apply for a duplicate Identity Card.

Bicycle must be padlocked and kept in the place meant for the said purpose.Cycles should not be kept in the college Verandah.

Students of the college are forbidden
(i)To participate in any outside athletic/club or any club or society which is not approved by the Government.
(ii)To play for any team team other than college team.In case a student participates in other than a college team, prior written permission of the Principal is mandatory.Permission to accompany with the college team,when a match is to be played away from Khariar,members of the team must obtain previous leave of absence from the Principal.Such students living in college hostel must also obtain permission of the hostel superintendent.
