Youth Red Cross Khariar Auto. College organized an awareness programme on dengue, malaria and diarrhea on 2nd September 2017. The programme started with a meeting, followed by a rally at adopted village Muktapur & Loharapali, near our college. The Principal Dr. S. Chatterjee addressed the volunteers about the cause of such awareness programme for the youth. Dr. P.L. Burma guest of honour addressed the members details of cause of dengue, malaria & diarrhoea as well as about preventive measures.
After the meeting, a rally was organized with posters, placards by volunteers at nearby villages Muktapur & Lohrapali. The programme helped the villagers to know the main causes of these diaseses. 100 volunteers participated in the rally. The programme was organized by YRC Counselor Dr. Tarun Ku. Pradhan.
